個人簡介

張佩瓊女士是一名特許工料測量師，在建筑行業(yè)擁有超過 37 年的經(jīng)驗。

畢業(yè)后她曾短暫在利比測量師行工作，其后在香港領(lǐng)先的建筑公司金門建筑有限公司擔(dān)任工料測量師超過 17 年。

她于 2005 年加入威寧謝香港有限公司（現(xiàn)為凱諦思）擔(dān)任團隊負責(zé)人，并于 2018 年晉升為助理董事。她曾負責(zé)為香港和中華人民共和國（中國）的多個項目提供工料測量服務(wù)，包括綜合開發(fā)項目、酒店、辦公樓、住宅發(fā)展項目和學(xué)校。 除了監(jiān)督團隊成員在合同前和合同后服務(wù)中為客戶和其他方提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)外，她的職責(zé)還包括索賠管理、爭議咨詢和項目成本管理。

她于 2022 年中從凱諦思退休后，加入立齊咨詢有限公司為助理總監(jiān)。

Introduction

Miranda Cheung is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 37 years of experience in the construction industry.

She worked as a quantity surveyor for Gammon Construction Limited, a leading construction company in Hong Kong, for 17+ years after working briefly for Levett and Bailey after graduation.

She joined Langdon & Seah (now Arcadis) as a Team Leader in 2005 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2018. She has been responsible for the provision of quantity surveying services on many projects including comprehensive developments, hotels, offices, residential developments and schools in both Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (PRC).  Apart from supervising team members to provide high quality service for clients and other parties on both pre and post contract services, her duties also include claims management, dispute advisory and cost management of the projects.

She retired from Arcadis in mid-2022 and joined LESK Solutions Co. Limited as an Associate.
